Global Claim Service LLC provides support to several freight companies. These companies are assigned a Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC).
The Standard Carrier Alpha Code, a four digit identification, is usedto identify Transportation Service Providers (TSP) in computer systems and shipping documents such as the Government Bill of Lading (GBL), Freight Bill, Packing List, and Purchase Order.

NOTE: You cannot file a claim on this website for a shipment that was processed through the Defense Personal Property system (DPS). A DPS claim will have a Government Bill of Lading (GBL) that will have a file format of 4 alphabetic characters followed by 7 digits (e.g. ABCD0000123). If your GBL has that format
